Property Details

Thank you for taking time to visit our website. We are located on an 18 acre property overlooking the lake. Our cabins are on a ridge giving you fantastic views. Sit and relax while you watch birds flying, fish jumping and boats going by. The community has a boat ramp at the bottom of the road leading to the cabins and has trailer parking. Bring your watercraft, beach towels and sunscreen to enjoy Cherokee Lake.  There is a gravel road leading up to the cabins. The cabins have room for one vehicle to park. While the community is still under development, there is no construction, as the cabins are built off-site and then brought in. 

We are either on the property or close by, so, if you need us for anything we can help.

We want you to enjoy your vacation, so our cabins do not allow smoking or pets. Our families don't want to travel to a vacation spot and wonder if the bedding has been washed between guests. That's why we wash the mattress pad, sheets and quilts/comforters between each guest. While we strive to keep nature outside, we are located near the water and have fields around us. It is possible to encounter wildlife while you are here. Wildlife may sneak in the cabins every once in a while, (such as bees or bugs). Please keep doors and windows closed to help keep them in their home. 

We provide bedding, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, some cooking utensils, coffee pot or keurig (unit dependent), refrigerator, stove or hot plate (unit dependent) and microwave. We do not provide any food, spices, oils or anything that has been opened for your safety.

House rules: These is a short version of the rental agreement you will be signing. Please read the complete rental agreement before confirming your stay. We know most of these rules are things you would never do anyway, but, we have to say them for legal reasons. 

No smoking, butts on the ground (there are pots for bits outside of each cabin) vaping, or illegal drug use. No spitting or throwing tobacco products on the ground.  No parties, loud music, obscene language, obnoxious or vulgar behavior. No fireworks, open firearms, cloths lines, electric space heaters, washing vehicles or trash outside of cabin.

Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am and is enforced. We do require a photo ID of the person booking the reservation and must match the information on the reservation form. We also require the names of all guests (including children) staying in the cabin. Only the number of people listed are allowed to stay (up to the maximum # of guests the cabin sleeps). 

Our cabins are on a steep drop-off near the edge of the cabins. This provides exceptional views but is not safe for children since there is no railing. If you bring children, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for them. 

No pets are allowed. No cleaning fish at or in the cabins. 

Speed limit 15 mph. There is a combination lock and gate you will need to manually open and close to enter the property. 

This community has a special sewer system. We provide toilet paper that is safe for this sewer system.  Do not flush, wipes (flushable or non-flushable), feminine products (including tampons), washcloths, diapers, toys or other items down the toilet as this can damage the sewer system. 

No telephones are provided at the units. 

No mail is allowed to be sent to the cabins. 

You are responsible to bring life jackets and towels to use outside of the cabin. 

Check in time in 4 pm the day of your reservation. We allow enough time for our cleaners to do a thorough job for you. If they finish early, we will send you a text to let you know. Check out time is 10 am. The code you will receive for the door lock will only work between these hours of your visit.
